Conservators Without Borders (CWB) is a volunteer programme that provides field conservation support to archaeological sites where insufficient funding and expertise does not allow for any on-site conservation activity. Priority is given to sites where finds are in need of special or urgent conservation attention. CWB also has a key interest in providing sustainable international conservation support in cooperation with archaeologists, specialists and local communities.
CWB was founded in 2007 and has run projects in Greece, Jordan and Peru. Visit the projects section to read more about our work.
Futures has funded our 2007 and 2008 seasons.
